I'm excited to announce that PC S.O.S. now offers Remote S.O.S. & Training via the Internet.

You might think that "Remote" and "On-Site" don't go together, but in this case they are perfect companions.

Using remote control via the Internet, I can be virtually "on-site" to correct many problems on your PC without requiring a visit to your office or home.  With Remote S.O.S., I can talk to you on the phone and I can control your PC via the Internet and you can see everything that I do on your screen.

Remote S.O.S. can save you time and money, plus it's convenient and secure.

Need training?  Remote S.O.S. is perfect for taking a computer lesson.  It's more convenient and effective than attending a computer class, because it's tailored to your needs and your schedule.  Contact me to schedule 30 or 60 minutes of one-on-one personal training with a Computer Tutor

Don't wait until you have a problem - contact me now to get Remote S.O.S. setup FREE!

S.O.S. FAQ's                   (frequently asked questions)

People ask me, "Do I need a Windows Tune-up?"

Over time your PC can become cluttered and disorganized and seem to slow down.  What should you do?  Call PC S.O.S. for a Windows Tune-up: a comprehensive computer service that cleans, updates, tunes and protects your PC so it can operate at peak performance.

If your PC has never been serviced, or if your PC is having error messages or slow response, contact me for a Windows Tune-up.

"All programs are listed under 'All Programs'".

That sounds simple, but it's a simple truth that I like to tell people.  When you click on the Start button in Windows, the "All Programs" link appears directly above it.  When you click on the "All Programs" link, you will see all programs.

But when you look at All Programs, you will notice that Windows does not keep all programs in alphabetical order.

Here's a simple step-by-step lesson on how to Sort All Programs, A-Z.
